On 10-12 June 2026, the officers of the LEPL - Operative-Technical Agency of Georgia (the OTA) has delivered special session at the Conference “Innovations in Forensic Science” organized by the LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau. The Event was dedicated to the use of modern Technologies and Methodologies in Judicial Forensic as well as associated problems therewith.
The Presentation prepared by the OTA representatives covered topics related to the integrated forensic Techniques, Tactics and Procedures in incident response playing crucial role not only in the process of identifying malign cyber actor but while defining source and scale of the compromise.
In addition, leaning on the specific examples acquired through multiple incident response cases processed within the OTA’s regulatory mandate, the OTA Officers elaborated Standard Operating Procedures employed by the OTA CERT in that direction and reviewed seizing and analysis methodologies of the particular digital artifacts.
