Official Visit to the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) of the Hellenic Republic

Representatives of the LEPL Operative-Technical Agency of Georgia (OTA) functioning under the State Security Service of Georgia, visited to the Hellenic Republic. During the visit, multiple meetings were held with various relevant state institutions responsible for national security, amongst them - the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA).
Within the framework of these meetings, representatives of the Agency introduced the cybersecurity institutional architecture in Georgia, as well as the regulatory framework governing the Critical Informational Infrastructure Subjects.
The participants of the Meeting also exchanged information regarding the current cyber threat landscape and malicious threat actors targeting both public and private-sector critical informational system subjects.
At the end of the Visit, the parties reaffirmed the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation in course of cybersecurity incident detection, prevention, and mitigation. To that end, representatives of the National Cybersecurity Authority of the Hellenic Republic were invited to a reciprocal official visit to Georgia.
